Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase may be required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Products marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
We may request photographs to help process your claim.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
